SmartRate Benchmark Projects

SmartRate now offer assessors the opportunity to complete a benchmark project in their own time to verify they are using their preferred NatHERS software tool or undertaking a Section J / DTS assessment correctly.

Benchmark Projects are available for the following projects and are suitable for new and experienced assessors.

Class 1 Dwellings

  • Single Storey House
  • Two Storey House
  • Advanced Multi Level House

Class 2 Dwellings

  • Unit Project

NCC Volume 1

  • Section J Project

NCC Volume 2

  • DTS Project

3 CPD points will be earned on satisfactory completion of the task.

Cost - $132 (incls GST)
